五、中文演讲与英文演讲的区别是什么呢？
演讲发言结构：
美国：经常开场白以幽默揭幕，中间穿插论证阐述，要点基本不超过三个，如果较长则中间需要用幽默调节气氛，最后以妙语或者再次使用幽默结束。
中国：几乎肯定时以客气或者赞赏的话开场，中间以论点阐述或者信息提供为主，连续说说十大点好，有时大点里面还有小点，最后以豪言壮语结束。
对事物和讨论的看法：
美国：认为没有真理，只有不同的看法，所以讨论时除了表达自己看法之外也是为了更多地了解不同看法，以修正或者丰富自己的看法。
中国：认为有真理，看法可以不同，但是必须有对错，必须坚持正确的，发对错误的。讨论的目的是表达自己的正确看法，说服他人，达成共识。
细节分析：
美国：讲究在概念上做精确的定义，不追求宏观上的全面。
中国：注重宏观上的全面，不注重具体概念是否有精确的定义。
世界观：
美国：从小到大，从里到外，最重要的最先说。
中国：从大到小，从外到里，最重要的最后说。
表达看法的手段：

六、为什么有的人喜欢半英文半中文讲话？
如果你是留学生你就明白了。
有时候是因为不知道某个术语的中文是什么，而还有的时候是因为这个术语只在英文语境下存在，中文压根就不存在这个术语。而且其实还有一点是因为英文具有非常强的名词化倾向，他们随时会在自然表达中构造一个名词，这并不代表什么。但由于日常语言习惯的差别，中文不可能每次都构造一个与之对应的专业术语，这会造成极大的冗余。
比如entropy penalty之类的，中文我们只会说状态这样发展“会使得熵值变小”，而不会说“需要付出一个熵的罚金”。而至于为什么不直接说“会使得熵值变小”呢？相信你也注意到了，这会使整个句子结构发生变化，entropy penalty是一个名词，而“会使熵值变小”是一个动宾短语。
再比如上课老师要求做一个project，这个project指的是pre+paper。paper好翻译，不就是论文嘛，但是pre怎么翻译呢？“一个需要准备slides的演讲？”首先演讲这个词不合适，其次这导致又出现了一个slides，翻译成幻灯片非常生硬。那么最终我们应该怎么说？“老师让我这节课写一个学期论文并且做一个有幻灯片的课程演讲”还是“我这节课有个project”，相信你知道怎么更符合自然语言规律。
而且，就拿题干里题主的举例来说，你说有的词完全可以中英对译，比如judge。但你真的知道judge是什么意思吗？你会翻译成什么？审判？有时候会出现这样一个语境：
“你看你这个书桌摆放得乱七八糟，一看你就是个没有条理的人。”
“嘿，别judge我。”
这里judge表达的意思是（在自然语言中一般都是这个意思）不要轻易因为一些小事而给人的综合属性下定义，所以我们经常会说不要judge别人，尤其是不要因为人的一些决定和你不相符就直接judge别人脑子有泡，因为这仅仅是观念不同。
所以你看，绝大部分词语的使用方法真的和你以为的不一样。
