三、简单口语问题
I think the qualifications is the right one we need. We prefer the person who has the skill and can be hardworking. And we can prastise him/her through the work to make him/her experienced. Thus, chocing a person who can be qualificated is the key to make a company run well!
四、关于英语口语的一个问题~
1. 外国人不会省略the2. 多多练习，不能说得快，就说得慢，都发准确了是关键。最后出来的效果是从ts很快滑到th。但是开始必须得老实说。很多中国人说英语很大的问题就是说得快，吞音多，该吞的不吞，不该吞的吞了，让人很难听懂。3. 外国人在某些音节上会吞音，吞音加上音调，这就是他们认为自己语言上的韵律。所以，有些人说的时候，可能会吞掉ts音，不过我们听的时候还是会觉得似乎有那个音。不过官方说话的时候，应该各个音节都到位的。
